“It is not a good customer experience for an adviser to have to present a client with multiple online services to access. They want to bring everything together in a single solution that can be adviser branded.”

Tim Morris, financial adviser at Russell and Co, says: “I have quite a few clients with a platform login. Some clients don’t want this and are happy to get a daily valuation on their client portal. Others like to analyse the performance, and this saves me doing that for them. And many clients like to top-up their Isa allowance directly and that’s fine with me."
