SeaBridge Ssas is launching a recruitment drive as it sees record growth in new Ssas numbers.
According to the Ssas administrator, it saw record levels of new business in the third quarter of 2024 and a record pipeline of new business for later this year and early in 2025.
On the back of this it has promoted account managers Michelle Brennan and Abi Hall to team leaders.
This will see them retain some of their Ssas scheme allocation but also manage a team of Ssas administrators as SeaBridge continues its recruitment drive for “the very best talent in the Ssas profession”.
Nathan Bridgeman, director at SeaBridge Ssas, said: “We are carefully managing our growth by onboarding the very best schemes from the very best financial advisers.
“We have seen a high and increasing demand for our unique all-inclusive fixed fee proposition with highly personalised private client service.
“These promotions reflect our dedication to nurturing talent and cultivating future leaders of SeaBridge Ssas as we grow our Ssas book over the coming months and years.”
Last week Debbie Seaton, director of Seabridge Ssas, was named as the Association of Member-Directed Pension Schemes’ new chair.
