"I wanted different for me – and now for others."
Her workshops seek to take away the pain and set Christmas boundaries that work for all the family, while creating a "values-based Christmas".

"I love helping people unpick the emotional holds that money has over them – where they almost seem a slave to it," she said.
"Primarily my motivation is to encourage people to take personal responsibility for their financial future where they can. And with a smile."
